EKPRAM

Since a long time ago, I always curious about a road that straight from Kalibaru Market. The road was not a main road, because the main road (the south lines road of Banyuwangi Regency or called Jember Main Street) was turn right. I want to know, where the direction of the road. I guessed the road direction was to Glenmore District but I never know exactly and how the state of the road. The road can be not paved or difficult to pass. Although, in the beginning the road looks great with smooth and flat asphalt surface.

Because of curious, I spent time to explore the road. I started from Kalibaru Market and straight split off from the main lines and down to the road which more narrow. The road extend beside the railway. The road splitting the township and rice field. A typical street in the slopes of mountain, up and down. Fortunately, the condition of the road was good. Not as I thought, residential population was dense, more than I expected.

Interestingly, the scenery along the road was beautiful, Raung Mountain view in the left side, hills and valley in the right side, really shooting eyes. Several times I encountered the rivers flowing clear water, gave me a fresh feeling. Every time I meet the river, I will see something interesting, railway bridge. There are 5 or more bridges that I passed (I was not sure, forgot to counting) that average old. When I meet the bridge, the road that I've been through was going down, thus displaying the bridge poles seems like towers.

Only takes 15-20 minutes to reach Glenmore City via this route (with bike). Would seems ever shorter because of the beautiful scenery. To remembered, the route was narrow and up and down, although the road condition was good, will be inconvenient if using a car to traverse this route. I only recommend bicycle or motorbike. For those who love cycling, I thought this was a perfect route to explore in weekend with family, friends or our community.

Moss on my yard

Almost three days it was raining and no sunshine. So moist air. But if I counted correctly, perhaps almost the last three months was raining. Although, it did not rain everyday. Which I'm thankful for, When I heard for news in some areas flooded, In my district never flood despite heavy rain in a long time. That advantage stay in an area that is still a lot of trees and soil infiltration. The river flow is still good also.

But does not mean without worries, my district has been growing rapidly since the last 10 years. The distance between houses is getting closer to one another. While, I see the concern for the drains were also lower. So it might not flood for the county may be just for the moment, does not know in the future. I hope, the county still free from flood forever.

For the moment, the main problem of raining season is moist air that make residents are difficult  to drying their laundry (many people still use the traditional ways to wash and dry their clothes) and slippery areas and road that make we must take care from accident when walk or drive. Moss and mildew growing in some parts of the road and some areas covered the surface. At the some courtyard parts of my house that made from terracotta red bricks, I also see the moss that grows.

The Dinner Menu

Sometime, I miss those times when I lived in a dorm. Such as when I saw this picture. At the time, I more often ate a simple food menu, such as Rice with Chili Sauce and Tempe or Tofu. strangely, I never lost of appetite. Chili Sauce and Tempe was the menu that often eaten and not even felt bored with this menu. I did not know why? Perhaps, no other menu or to lazy to went out because tired after all days activities.

I experienced for several times of staying in the dorm. First time when I was vocational high school, second time when I was in vocational training center, and when the early days as an employee. If calculated, perhaps I spent almost 10 years lived in dorm, That was mean, Perhaps, I've eat more than 1000 of Chili Sauce and Tempe duet menus. In fact, if I had a chance, I still love to eat this menu now day.

When I wrote this post and put the picture above on it, I remembered my friends those surround the menu and tempted to make a call to one of them. I remember who cooked the rice, who made the Chili Sauce and who frying the Tempe. They would be happy and laugh if remember it. Although, we've gathered at least once a year but never used this menu for eat. So it is better if I propose this menu for the next gathering as remainder of our fellowship.

My flash disc that lost found

Are you ever experienced anything like what I experienced? Found something that you lost in the past, when you felt that really lost and never back again? Suddenly the stuff appeared in front of you when you were not looking for again. And you remembered in the past, when you thought you lost everything because of that lost. When you heart stopped beating because you lost important thing that will determine your fate.

Last night, I found my flash disc that lost about 3 or 5 years ago (I was not sure, I was not really remember). The flash disc contains data that important at the time. The data in the flash disc was about my important stuff, without the data, I can't continued my project. The flash disc was important because it was the one only after my computer has broken. At the time, I was really hopeless because I must stopped my project and gave the opportunity to the other.

After a couple years, the story was different. I felt lucky lost my flash disc, because the project that should be my project was disaster. I heard from my friend about the project, because I always secretly monitored, and I knew, I avoided disaster because losing the flash disc. Can you imagine what I felt at the time? I thought the flash disc lost was disaster, but in the fact, lost of the flash disc saved me from disaster.

When I found my flash disc last night, I got a lesson. What happened in the past that I thought it was a worst experience, not always mean it was a worst destiny, although it was not an experience that you want to get. The experience make me realized, we must be prepared with a sense of willingly and full of grateful to continue our life and make happier life. I thought It will make life easier although at the same time not.
